Bulgaria is among the 15 countries in the world most desirable to buy a second home. Our country ranks 13th in terms of queries from users at the TheOneChannel.com overseas property site in the ranking for July 2017. It appears that our country loses 5 positions, falling out of the Top 10.

Number one is the United States, with a total of 6.93% of all consumer inquiries, and Spain is just about 6.12%. By comparison, the inquiries for Bulgaria are 0.45% of the site visitors, but the 13th place is not negligible.

The third place is Portugal with 1.87%, followed by France and Italy. The top 10 is complemented by Cape Verde, Turkey, India, Greece and Germany. Just before us, 11th and 12th are Canada and the United Arab Emirates. Bulgaria is Tunisia and Australia, as well as countries like Cyprus, Hungary, Malta.
